faulty air conditioning difficult door
the staff were friendly and tried their best to help.
the room was too warm. the air conditioning did not work and the provided fan was not effective enough. the bathroom door was also hard to close properly. i was not happy with this situation

i stayed in the executive king room. the room included a separate seating area. breakfast included a variety of pastries (the croissants were amazing!).

Excellent Hotel Experience
easy check-in clean room quiet room
Check-in was easy! They emailed me a few days before my stay and I could check in online. I used a kiosk to get my room key. A staff member quickly helped with the kiosk. The room was both clean and quiet.
The food was not great. It unfortunately ruined the stay.

Breakfast offered a great choice! Olivia assisted with trays since I was carrying the baby. She provided anything we asked for when he didn't eat the food. The service was amazing!

The staff were very accommodating and helpful! They provided recommendations and advice on places to visit and things to see. I forgot to request a travel cot before arrival but the team delivered one quickly.

bathroom cleanliness excessive noise
I wasn't thrilled with a couple of things. the bathroom wasn't cleaned well in one of our rooms. It just wasn't up to standard. plus, the noise levels were a real problem. our rooms were near some others and we were kept awake most of the night because of the noise. it wasn't a pleasant experience, especially with small children.

onsite parking city center helpful staff internet problem dish unavailability breakfast buffet
Onsite parking was convenient. The hotel's proximity to the city center was also useful. I found a young man named Marvellous to be very helpful . He and all the staff are indeed lovely.
The TV in my room would not connect to the internet. I found that to be true for every TV in the hotel. I asked to order two dishes in the restaurant, but they were unavailable. The breakfast buffet I saw looked miserable, with cheap sausages and plain eggs.
